FIG CLOUD

This has been my go to scent! I’ve just about finished my first bottle and already have the second on deck. It’s a perfectly blended sweet, creamy, slightly green fruity scent with depth. It layers so well with vanilla matrimony and lasts all day.

But this... this is one of the best if not best creamy, soft almost candied fig scents I have ever laid my nose on.

I’m picky when it comes to fig fragrances, I want a sweet, ripe fig opposed to a sharp, green one.. and as usual Chanceux delivered. The marshmallow & fig notes are perfectly balanced, giving it that fluffy undertone.. Orris works wonderfully here. It’s a lush fig nectar with milky sandalwood & smooth orris with that yummy marshmallow note. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Fig cloud for me is a little on the green side. I’m still hopeful that with a little more wear and perhaps the right layering combo I can sweeten it up a bit.

Initial spray on my skin of Fig Cloud is quite green. I needed to sweeten things up. I did a couple of sprays and let the bottle macerate for a few days. Next, I looked to my other fragrances and skin care products that have fig note in it (along with other varied sweet notes) to see how I could best layer all of them with Fig Cloud. I came up with just the right creamy, fruity, floral combination with good, lasting, complimentary projection. I didn't need to re-spray because I smelled so good all day with the layering combination of: Haus of Val Hottie butter cream, Luniche Farr perfume oil, Lattafa Mayar Natural Intense, and Chanceux Fig Cloud. Of course, Fig Cloud is layered on botton and top with a little of the others in between. Chef's kiss 💋😍🙂‍↔️🥰
