Cancellation policy

One-Time Purchases

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment partner, ShipHype, for processing.
Because of this:

  • We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order is submitted.

  • If you contact us before your order has shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the request.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Subscriptions

For customers enrolled in subscription or recurring purchase programs:

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.

  • Cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

  • Once a subscription order is billed and sent to fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as it immediately begins processing.

Preorders

When purchasing preorder items:

  • Preorders can be canceled within 24 hours of the purchase time.

  • After 24 hours, preorder cancellations are not guaranteed, as materials and production are already allocated.

  • If a preorder has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, email us at info@chanceuxparfum.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The email used at checkout

We’ll respond as quickly as possible, but please note that cancellations are not guaranteed once an order begins processing.
