We accept returns on full-size fragrances within 7 days of delivery under our Confidence Guarantee.

To be eligible for a return:

• The fragrance must be lightly tested only (a few sprays)

• The bottle must be returned with original packaging
  

Refunds are issued as store credit once the return is received and inspected.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Individual samples

• Travel sizes

• Digital products

• Gift cards

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll make it right.
